As now a day’s UIDAI Gov. of India is much focusing on security of Aadhaar as it is going to be integrated with each and every government programmes soon weather Voter ID Card, Driving Licence or ATM Machines, so every biometric device of any company such as Morpho (MSO 1300 E/ E2/ E3), Mantra (MFS 100, 200, TAB), Gemalto 3M Cogent (CSD 200, CIS202, CS500e), Secugen (Hamster Pro), Nitgen, StarTek (FM220) etc.

We are offering Aadhaar Registered Device RD Services for STQC Certified Biometrics Devices to be used under UIDAI, Govt of India under Information Technology Act, 2000, Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016 (“Aadhaar Act”).

Steps of Device Upgradation:

  1. You have filled the above details and, there is no any way to change your registration data further after the registration of Aadhaar RD Service. For each RD Service registration your device must be sourced from the genuine seller and Serial no. should be validated on manufacturers server viz. Mantra MFS 100, SCL Safran OT Morpho MSO E, Cogent 3M CSD 200, Access StarTek FM220, Secugen Hamster Pro 20, Bioenable Nitgen. If the validation will fail then we will escalate this issue to the Manufacturer or OEM and it may take more time.Pay the scheduled fee, 100% advance.
  2. All the submitted details are checked by operations team and SMS/email will be shared for any further requirement.
  3. Final details submitted to OEM to process further.
  4. Registration of device could take 3-7 official working days to process.
  5. Confirmation/ Whitelisting success mail will be shared after successful up gradation of the device.
  6. Follow the instruction shared in confirmation email which you will receive.
  7. Inform us via email in case of any discrepancies.
  8. Technical support will be provided for a technical problem.
  9. If still issue arises will escalate this issue to the Manufacturer or OEM and it may take time. In case of further issue escalation, you will get direct support from OEM.In case of invalid serial no. or technical issue refund will be initiated after your confirmation and could take time of three to four days.
  10. Secukart is not responsible for the delay in the process from Manufacturer or OEM side.
  11. Kindly review your device details again such as Serial No. and Model no., and in case of any issue kindly contact us immediately.
  12. Registration process starts after submission of all the details, for any delay from customer end in sharing the details, RadiumBox is not responsible.
  13. For any delay in installing or using the OTP (in case of OTP based registration), the links may be changed due to the newer version, RadiumBox is not responsible for it customer needs to contact the support team.
  14. If customer response not received within a week, then case puts on hold.
